Ylim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4isen piirikokouksen j\u00e4lkeen pidet\u00e4\u00e4n <a href=\"http:\/\/tul.fi\/tampere\/tapahtumat\/valtuusto2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">piirivaltuuston kev\u00e4tkokous<\/a>, joten seurojen on j\u00e4rkev\u00e4\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 piirivaltuuston j\u00e4seni\u00e4 ylim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4isen piirikokouksen edustajina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seurojen edustajat kokoukseen<\/strong><br>Seurat saavat l\u00e4hett\u00e4\u00e4 edustajiaan kokoukseen s\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6jen 8\u00a7 m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 tavalla (yksi edustaja j\u00e4senm\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4n alkavaa 200 varsinaista j\u00e4sent\u00e4 kohti. J\u00e4senm\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 lasketaan edellisen kalenterivuoden viimeisen p\u00e4iv\u00e4n tilanteen mukaan siten, ett\u00e4 huomioon otetaan vain j\u00e4senseuran varsinaiset j\u00e4senet). Seuran edustajalla tulee olla seuran valtakirja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Toivomme valtakirjoja ennakkoon \/ ilmoittautumista kahvitarjoilua varten<\/strong><br>Pyyd\u00e4mme seuroja l\u00e4hett\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n edustusvaltakirjat ennakkoon viimeist\u00e4\u00e4n 11.4.2024. <br>(Valtakirja on mahdollista esitt\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s kokouksessa.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Helpoin tapa on toimittaa valtakirja s\u00e4hk\u00f6isell\u00e4 lomakkeella, <a
